摘要
吉尔吉斯斯坦是一个被外部力量塑造明显的新兴多民族国家,多元民族汇聚使得吉国产生了跨界民族冲突、少数民族回迁和主流文化构建等问题。面对着族际关系矛盾带来的多重压力,吉尔吉斯斯坦从族际政治整合的价值取向、整合路径、政治制度等方面进行调整,试图巩固国家政治共同体,却始终无法化解跨界民族问题带来的困扰。当今多民族国家的族际政治整合,要从吉国的经验中认识到此问题的重要性。
Kyrgyzstan is an emerging multi-ethnic country clearly shaped by external forces.The convergence of diverse ethnic groups has led to cross-border ethnic conflicts,the return of ethnic minorities and the construction of mainstream culture in Kyrgyzstan.Faced with the multiple pressures brought about by the contradictions in inter-ethnic relations,Kyrgyzstan has made adjustments in the value orientation,integration path and political system of inter-ethnic political integration,trying to consolidate the national political community,but has been unable to resolve the problems caused by cross-border ethnic issues.In today’s multi-ethnic countries,the importance of this issue should be recognized from the experience of Kyrgyzstan.
