摘要
目的:研究中药封包联合艾灸改善肝肾亏虚型腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀、便秘的效果。方法:选择2019年9月—2021年8月就诊的肝肾亏虚型腰椎压缩性骨折患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予中药封包联合艾灸干预,比较两组患者干预前后腹胀程度、便秘症状评分和便秘患者生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:干预前两组患者的腹胀程度、便秘症状评分和PAC-QOL评分、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组腹胀程度、便秘症状评分和PAC-QOL评分、中医证候积分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合艾灸对改善肝肾亏虚型腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀、便秘效果较好。
Objective:To study the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion on abdominal distension and constipation in patients with liver-kidney deficiency type of lumbar vertebral compression fracture.Methods:All 120 cases of lumbar vertebral compression fracture with deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60),on the basis of routine nursing,the patients in the observation group were given Chinese medicine envelop and moxibustion intervention to compare the improvement of abdominal distension and constipation,TCM Syndrome score and nursing satisfaction.Results:Before the intervention,the degree of bloating,constipation symptom score patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL),and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the degree of abdominal distension,constipation symptom score,PAC-QOL score,and TCM syndrome score in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine envelop combined with moxibustion has a better effect on improving abdominal distension and constipation in patients with liver-kidney deficiency type of lumbar vertebral compression fracture.
