摘要
“时代是思想之母,实践是理论之源”。近年来,国内、国际形势均发生了深刻的变革,世情、国情、党情均发生了新的变化。“百年未有之大变局”日益凸显,大发展、大变革、大调整已然成为新时代的鲜明特色。十九届五中全会是在“两个一百年”的历史交汇点上召开的一次具有战略性、全局性、历史性意义的重要会议。十九届五中全会呈现出一些鲜明的特色。其中,“人民至上”的价值取向体现得尤其鲜明。这是马克思主义群众史观在新时代中国的生动诠释。约言之,时代场域、崭新图谱、价值意蕴是全面建设社会主义现代化强国新征程的三维基本向度。
“Time is the mother of thought,practice is the source of theory”.In recent years,profound changes have taken place in the domestic and international situations,and new changes have taken place in the world,national conditions and the party’s conditions.“A great change not seen in a century”has become increasingly prominent.Great development,great change and great adjustment have become the distinctive features of the new era.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee is an important meeting of strategic,overall and historical significance held at the historical intersection of the“two centenaries”.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee presents some distinctive features.Among them,the value orientation of“people first”is particularly clear.This is a vivid interpretation of Marxist concept of mass history in the new era of China.In other words,era field,new atlas and value implication are the three basic dimensions of the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
