摘要
为探索近十几年来新麦系列品种品质及产量性状变化趋势,以2010年以来审定的新麦26、新麦32、新麦45等小麦品种为材料,研究其遗传基础、产量、品质及相关性状。结果表明,新麦系列品种容重与蛋白质含量、吸水量和稳定时间呈正相关,湿面筋含量与容重、蛋白质含量、吸水量和稳定时间呈负相关。蛋白质含量和吸水量、稳定时间呈极显著正相关(r=0.667 2和0.728 2),吸水量和稳定时间呈极显著正相关(r=0.673 5)。以品质指标聚类分析,强筋和中筋品种聚为两大类。新麦系列品种涉及半冬性和春性,强筋和中筋,旱地和水地的区别,去除个别品种外,新麦系列中筋、强筋和春性品种三种类型的产量总体均呈上升趋势。
In order to explore the change trend of quality and yield characters of Xinmai series in recent ten years. Taking Xinmai 26, Xinmai 32, Xinmai 45 and other wheat varieties approved since 2010 as materials, their genetic basis, yield, quality and related characters were studied. The results showed that: the unit weight of xinmai varieties was positively correlated with protein content, water absorption and stability time, while the content of wet gluten was negatively correlated with unit weight, protein content, water absorption and stability time. Protein content was positively correlated with water absorption and stabilization time(r=0.667 2 and 0.728 2), and water absorption was positively correlated with stabilization time(r=0.673 5). By cluster analysis of quality indexes, strong gluten and medium gluten varieties were clustered into two categories. Xinmai series varieties involve the differences between semi winter and spring, strong gluten and medium gluten, dry land and water land.Except for individual varieties, the yield of the three types of middle gluten, strong gluten and spring varieties in the xinmai series showed an upward trend.
