Fe^(0)-可渗透反应墙修复Cr(Ⅵ)污染地下水的复合介质筛选及其长效运行研究 被引量:5

Study on screening of composite medium and long-term performance for Fe^(0)-permeable reactive barrier remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)contaminated groundwater

摘要 通过静态实验筛选出可作为Fe^(0)-可渗透反应墙(PRB)复合介质的合适粒径的Fe^(0)和活性炭并确定质量比,通过模拟柱实验对Cr(Ⅵ)污染地下水进行长效处理研究。结果表明,Fe^(0)和活性炭的合适粒径分别为0.600~1.000、1.000~2.000 mm,质量比最佳为4∶1。对比Fe^(0)+活性炭、Fe^(0)+石英砂为反应介质的实验柱和对照柱154 d的长效运行结果发现,铬铁质量比分别为5.43、3.03 mg/g,对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率分别为76%、46%,实验柱出水Fe(Ⅲ)含量明显高于对照柱。由此可知,以均质性高且粒径适宜的Fe^(0)和活性炭作为Fe^(0)-PRB的复合介质,可以缓解沉积物堵塞问题,提高Fe^(0)利用率,保持系统长效运行。 Fe^(0)and activated carbon with appropriate particle sizes were selected as composite medium for Fe^(0)-permeable reactive barrier(PRB)by the static experiments,and the mass ratio of Fe^(0)and activated carbon were settled.Long-term performance of the composite medium was studied through the simulation column experiments to treat the Cr(Ⅵ)contaminated groundwater.Results showed that the appropriate particle sizes of Fe^(0)and activated carbon were 0.600-1.000 and 1.000-2.000 mm,respectively.The mass ratio of Fe^(0)and activated carbon should be 4∶1.The experimental column with Fe^(0)and activated carbon and the control column with Fe^(0)and quartz sand were compared.After 154 days of long-term running,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)were 76%and 46%,and the mass ratio of chromium to iron(Cr/Fe)were 5.43 and 3.03 mg/g,respectively.The Fe(Ⅲ)content in the effluent of the experimental column was significantly higher than that of the control column.In conclusion,using Fe^(0)and activated carbon with high homogeneity and suitable particle size as composite medium of Fe^(0)-PRB could alleviate the clogging of sediments,increase the utilization rate of Fe^(0),and maintain the long-term running.
