摘要
变应性鼻炎(AR)已成为全球范围内发病率较高的一种疾病,目前临床针对AR尚无针对性治疗策略,主要采取以控制症状发展为目的的保守治疗。随着对AR治疗方法研究的不断深入,多种药效强劲且安全的药物以及各类免疫治疗、手术治疗方法正逐渐被投入临床治疗当中,中西医结合治疗的理念也受到临床广泛关注。对AR治疗方法继续进行深入研究,是明确该病准确治疗靶点、提升疗效的必经之路。
Allergic rhinitis(AR)has become a disease with high incidence worldwide.Currently,there is no specific treatment strategy for AR in clinic,and conservative treatment is mainly adopted to control the development of symptoms.With the deepening of the research on the treatment of AR,a variety of powerful and safe drugs,as well as various immunotherapy and surgical treatment methods are gradually being put into the clinical treatment.Especially,the concept of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treatment has gained wide attention in clinic.The author believes thatcontinuing in-depth study of AR treatment is the only way to identify the accurate therapeutic targets of the disease and improve curative effect.
