摘要
创业精神对大学生的创业行为有着非常重大的指导意义。结合大学生的实际特征和创业行为的主要步骤,本文将创业精神的构成解读为理性分析的精神、坚韧不拔的精神以及乐观主义精神,在详细解读创业精神构成的基础上,本文提出了加强案例分析、注重思想教育以及树立宏观格局这三项培养大学生创业精神的建议。
Entrepreneurship is of great significance in guiding the entrepreneurial behavior of college students.Combining the actual characteristics of college students and the main steps of entrepreneurial behavior,this paper interprets the constitution of entrepreneurial spirit as the spirit of rational analysis,the spirit of perseverance and the spirit of optimism,on the basis of analyzing the Constitution of entrepreneurship in detail,this paper puts forward three suggestions:strengthening case analysis,paying attention to ideological education and setting up macro pattern.
