摘要
文章分析了在智能化建筑中应用计算机技术的优势,目的是提高工作效率、加强建筑管理。其中,BIM技术是计算机技术的重要组成部分,在智能化建筑中应用BIM技术则能够进行实时数据分析,加快智能化建筑的发展脚步。
The article analyzes the advantages of applying computer technology in intelligent buildings,in order to improve work efficiency and strengthen building management.Among them,BIM technology is an important part of computer technology.The application of BIM technology in intelligent buildings can perform data analysis in real time and accelerate the development of intelligent buildings.
