摘要
目的 研究分析双歧杆菌三联活菌在小儿湿疹治疗中的应用价值。方法 收集云南省曲靖市第一人民医院2018年12月-2019年12月100例小儿湿疹患者,在其签署知情同意书后,作为研究对象开展研究工作。随机将100例分为两组,各50例。研究组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,参照组给予单纯盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,分析两组患者治疗前后的肠道菌群情况以及T淋巴细胞亚群情况。结果 参照组的临床治疗疗效低于研究组,研究组患者的肠道菌群情况以及T淋巴细胞亚群情况均优于参照组,参照组的不良反应发生率高于研究组,治疗后,研究组患者脸谱评分量表评分低于参照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿湿疹患者采用双歧杆菌三联活菌联合盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗可以及时控制小儿湿疹的严重程度,优化患者的肠道菌群情况以及T淋巴细胞亚群情况,消除小儿湿疹患者的瘙痒难耐,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze application value of bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria in treatment of infantile eczema.Methods The paper chose 100 cases infantile eczema in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.After signing informed consent,they were taken as research object to carry out research,the paper divided them into two groups,50 cases in each group.Study group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria,and reference group with cetirizine hydrochloride drops alone.Clinical curative effect between two groups was observed,intestinal flora and T lymphocyte subsets between two groups before and after treatment were analyzed.Results Clinical curative effect of reference group was lower than study group.Intestinal flora and T lymphocyte subsets of study group were better than reference group.Incidence of adverse reactions in reference group was higher than study group.After treatment,scores of facialcoding scales of study group were lower than reference group.Data difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with cetirizine hydrochloride drops can timely control severity of infantile eczema,optimize intestinal flora and T lymphocyte subsets,and eliminate itching in treatment of infantile eczema patients,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
