“德法兼修”视域下《环境与资源保护法》课程思政建设的实现路径

Paths of Realizing the Construction of Courses for Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Environmental and Resource Protection Law from the Perspective of“Cultivating Morality While Studying Law”

摘要 法学本科专业的课程思政是落实“德法兼修”法治人才培养的重要举措。《环境与资源保护法》课程思政仍面临示范案例少、教学方法陈旧等困境,教学目标、教学内容和教学方法在课程思政建设中均需改革和创新,将德育教育纳入教学目标、从党史和法治建设中寻找课程思政素材、创新教学方法、将德育表现纳入考查内容。并通过加强师资力量、创新激励机制、丰富示范案例等配套制度的完善,探索《环境与资源保护法》课程思政改革的路径。 “Courses for ideological and political education”in the specialty of law is an important measure to implement the cultivation of legal talents with“both morality and law”in undergraduate colleges.In the course of Environment and Resource Protection Law,taking ideological and political faces such a dilemma as few demonstration cases and outdated teaching methods and so on.In the construction of“courses for ideology and political education”,there is a need to reform and innovate teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods.For exploring the reform path of taking ideological and political education in the course of Environment and Resource Protection Law,the following measures are suggested:including moral education into teaching goals,searching teaching recourses on ideological and political education from history of the Party and legal construction,innovative teaching methods,assessing moral performance.In the meanwhile,there is a need to perfect the supporting system,such as strengthening teaching staff,innovating incentive mechanism and enriching demonstration cases,etc.
