摘要
以某膜组件生产公司产生的废水为研究对象,根据进水水质特点,选用EGSB+氨吹脱+水解酸化+O/A/O(外置MBR)+一级RO+NRO+蒸发的零排放处理工艺。运行结果表明,出水水质完全达到GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》的排放标准,为膜生产废水处理工艺提供设计参照,对零排放技术应用领域的拓宽起到促进作用。
This paper takes the production wastewater of a membrane module manufacturing company as the research object.Based on the effluent water quality,the zero emission treatment process of“EGSB(Expanded Granular Sludge Bed)+Ammonia Stripping+Hydrolysis Acidification+O/A/O(external MBR)+RO(reverse osmosis)+NRO+Evaporation”is selected.The running result shows that its effluent water quality meets the demands of The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard For Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923—2005).This study provides a design reference for membrane production wastewater treatment process and promotes the expansion of the application field of zero discharge technology.
