摘要
为了找出T型槽柱面气膜密封最优槽型搭配,探究T型槽柱面气膜密封槽型参数对其密封性能的影响,采用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)数值模拟结合正交试验,针对T型槽柱面气膜密封槽型中槽数、槽深、坝长槽长比、槽台宽比等槽型参数,对泄漏率、浮升力、气膜刚度、漏刚比等T型槽柱面气膜密封的性能参数的变化作进一步分析。正交试验采用极差分析的方法得到了影响T型槽柱面气膜密封性能槽型参数的主次顺序。试验表明,槽深是影响T型槽柱面气膜4个性能参数的首要槽型参数,浮升力及泄漏率主次要槽型参数一致。
In order to find the optimal groove configuration of the T-groove cylindrical gas film seal and explore the influence of the parameters of the T-groove cylindrical gas film seal on its sealing performance,CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)numerical simulation combined with orthogonal experiment was adopted.According to the groove parameters such as the number of grooves,groove depth,dam length and groove length ratio,and groove platform width ratio in the T-groove cylindrical surface gas film seal groove,the change of the performance parameters of the gas film seal,such as the leakage rate,buoyancy lift,gas film stiffness,leakage stiffness ratio,etc,was further analyzed.The primary and secondary order of groove parameters affecting the performance of T-groove cylindrical gas film seal was obtained by range analysis in orthogonal test.The test shows that the groove depth is the primary groove parameter affecting the four performance parameters of T-groove cylindrical gas film,and the primary and secondary groove parameters of buoyancy and leakage rate are the same.
