思政元素融入《急危重症护理学》教学模式的构建与实施效果分析

Construction and implementation effect analysis of ideological and political elements integrated into the teaching mode of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing

摘要 目的构建思政元素融入《急危重症护理学》教学模式并探讨其应用效果。方法选取广东药科大学四年制三年级2018级204名护生为试验组,实施急危重症护理学思政教学模式,同时以2017级245名三年级护生为对照组(实施一般护理教学模式)。比较两组学生急危重症护理学期末成绩、护生的人文关怀能力量表得分和师生及督导组成员对思政教学模式的主观评价。结果试验组护生急危重症护理学期末成绩与人文关怀能力得分高于对照组学生(均P<0.05),师生对思政教学模式的满意度均在90%以上,督导组对思政教学模式的满意度在80%以上。结论思政元素融入《急危重症护理学》教学模式有助于提高护生的学习成绩及人文关怀能力,师生及督导组成员对思政教学模式的满意度均较高,值得推广。 Objective To construct the teaching model of ideological and political elements integrated into Emergency and Critical Care Nursing and explore its application effect.Methods 204 nursing students in Grade 2018,a four-year grade of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University were selected as the experimental group,and implemented the ideological and political teaching mode of emergency and critical care nursing.At the same time,245 nursing students in Grade 2017 were selected as the control group,and the general nursing teaching mode was implemented.The score of emergency and critical care nursing at the end of the semester,the score of the humanistic care ability scale of nursing students and the subjective evaluation of ideological and political teaching mode by teachers,students and members of supervision team were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of emergency and critical care nursing,humanistic care ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teachers and students with the ideological and political teaching mode was over 90%,and that of the supervision team was over 80%.Conclusions The integration of ideological and political elements into the teaching mode of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing is helpful to improve nursing students’academic performance and humanistic care ability.Teachers,students and members of the supervision team are highly satisfied with the new teaching mode,which is worth popularzing.
