摘要
研究旨在了解猫下泌尿道综合征的影响因素,并探讨其治疗方法。对北京某宠物医院62例患下泌尿道综合征病猫的临床资料进行分析,重点分析性别、是否绝育、体型及发病类型;同时对患猫的患病率、治愈率和病死率进行对比分析。结果显示:公猫的患病率远大于母猫,公母比例约为19.67∶1.00;绝育猫的患病率远大于未绝育猫;肥胖型猫的患病率大于标准体型猫;猫下泌尿道感染发病率高于尿结石发病率,其中自发性膀胱炎发病率最高,达40.32%;自发性膀胱炎的治愈率最高,达100.00%;猫下泌尿道感染病例的治愈率明显高于尿结石病例,病死率明显低于尿结石病例。研究表明,性别、是否绝育、体型对猫下泌尿道综合征的发生具有一定影响;猫下泌尿道感染的患病率和治愈率高于尿结石病例,病死率却远低于尿结石病例。
The purpose of the study was to understand the influencing factors of feline lower urinary tract syndrome and to explore its treatment. The clinical data of 62 cats with lower urinary tract syndrome in a pet hospital in Beijing were analyzed, focusing on gender, sterilization, body size and disease type, the prevalence, cure rate and mortality rate of the cats were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the prevalence of male cats was much higher than that of female cats, and the ratio of male to female was about 19.67:1.00. The prevalence of neutered cats was much higher than that of non-neutered cats. The prevalence of obese cats was higher than that of standard-sized cats. The incidence of lower urinary tract infection in cats was higher than the incidence of urolithiasis, and the incidence of spontaneous cystitis was the highest, reaching 40.32%. The cure rate of spontaneous cystitis was the highest, reaching 100.00%. The cure rate of cat lower urinary tract infection was significantly higher than that of urolithiasis, and the mortality rate was significantly lower than that of urolithiasis. The study indicates that gender, sterilization, and body types had certain influence on the occurrence of the diseases, the morbidity and cure rate of cats with lower urinary tract infection were higher than those with urinary calculus, but the mortality rate was on the contrary.
