摘要
异形烟种类规格众多,传统的分拣线无法满足对异形烟的快速高效分拣。统计分析异型烟分拣线主要设备在2020年11月份的报警事件,给出不同分拣线及其关键设备的故障率对比,检验设备管理工作的有效性,发现设备管理工作中存在的问题,并提出对应的设备管理工作改进建议,为设备维护、保养、维修、更新以及生产线优化升级提供依据。
There are many types and specifications of shaped cigarettes,and the traditional sorting line cannot meet the fast and efficient sorting of shaped cigarettes.A statistical analysis of the alarm events of the main equipment of the shaped cigarette sorting line in November 2020 was conducted.A comparison of the failure rates of different sorting lines and their key equipment is given.Examine the effectiveness of equipment management work.Identify problems in equipment management and suggest corresponding equipment management improvements.It is to provide a basis for equipment maintenance,repair,maintenance,renewal and production line optimization and upgrading.
