摘要
目的:探究前列腺增生的患者采取特拉唑嗪联合经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术取得的临床效果。方法:选取天水市第一人民医院泌尿外科2019年9月-2021年9月收治的前列腺增生患者78例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各39例,两组均接受经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术的治疗方案,并且给观察组39例患者联合特拉唑嗪辅助治疗,比较两组氧化应激水平[丙二醛(MDA)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平(GSH-Px)]、性功能、国际前列腺症状评分量表(IPSS)和QOL评分、住院时间。结果:术后2周,观察组氧化应激水平MDA、LPO低于对照组,GSH-Px高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后4个月,观察组国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),勃起功能障碍发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后4个月,观察组的IPSS评分和QOL评分明显低于对照组,观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗方案的基础上,用特拉唑嗪来辅助治疗,能够有效地缓解患者的身体症状,提升前列腺增生患者性功能,缩短住院时间,该方法值得在临床治疗过程中广泛普及。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Terazosin combined with transurethral plasma bipolar resection of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:A total of 78 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in the Department of Urology of the First People’s Hospital of Tianshui City from September 2019 to September 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The patients in both groups received the treatment scheme of transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate,and 39 patients in the observation group were treated with Terazosin.The levels of oxidative stress[malondialdehyde(MDA),lipid peroxide(LPO),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)],sexual function,international prostate symptom scale(IPSS)score,QOL score and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:Two weeks after surgery,the levels of MDA and LPO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,GSH-Px was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Four months after treatment,the international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of erectile dysfunction was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Four months after treatment,the scores of IPSS and QOL of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the treatment scheme of transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate,Terazosin can effectively alleviate the physical symptoms of patients,improve the sexual function of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and shorten the hospital stay time.This method is worthy of wide popularization in the process of clinical treatment.
