摘要
喷雾器作为农业以及日常消毒的常用工具,其性能主要决定因素为泵的效率。本文针对电动隔膜泵效率偏低问题,从理论研究以及试验研究分析电动隔膜泵效率与电机以及电动隔膜泵水阀结构问题,寻找出影响泵工作性能的主要因素和有关性能参数合理匹配的有效途径。通过方案改进及试验研究,为电动喷雾器获得最佳的效率匹配和持续的喷雾时间提供改善依据。
As a common tool for agriculture and daily disinfection,the main determinant of sprayer's performance is the efficiency of the pump.Aiming at the low efficiency of the electric diaphragm pump,this paper analyzes the efficiency of the electric diaphragm pump and the structure of the motor and the water valve of the electric diaphragm pump from the theoretical research and experimental research,in order to find out the main factors affecting the pump performance and the effective way of reasonable matching of the relevant performance parameters.Through the scheme improvement and experimental study,the improvement basis is provided for the electric sprayer to obtain the best efficiency matching and continuous spraying time.
