摘要
体育产业治理是一项复杂性系统工程。体育产业系统的复杂性决定了政府体育产业治理的复杂性。复杂性科学理论为政府体育产业治理提供了一种新思路和新范式。本文采用文献资料等研究方法基于对政府体育产业治理复杂性以及现实问题的深入剖析,引入霍尔系统工程方法论,构建了政府体育产业治理的三维结构概念模型,并应用复杂性思维分别对政府体育产业治理的时间维、逻辑维和知识维进行了系统阐释,旨在尝试启发体育产业治理研究的思维转向,推动复杂性科学关照下的政府体育产业治理实践与探索。
The governance of sports industry is a complex system engineering.The complexity of sports industry system determines the complexity of government sports industry governance.The theory of complexity science provides a new train of thought and paradigm for the governance of government sports industry.Based on the in-depth analysis of the complexity and practical problems of government sports industry governance,this paper introduces Hall system engineering methodology,constructs a three-dimensional structure conceptual model of government sports industry governance,and applies complexity thinking to systematically explain the time dimension,logic dimension and knowledge dimension of government sports industry governance,in order to try to enlighten the thinking turn of sports industry governance research.To promote the practice and exploration of government sports industry governance under the care of complexity science.
