摘要
辣木(Moringa oleifera Lam.)是我国药食两用的资源;多糖是辣木中重要的活性成分之一。研究表明,辣木多糖具有降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗炎、增强肠道免疫等多种生物活性,因此,在食品、医药等领域具有良好的开发应用前景。文章对辣木不同部位多糖的提取工艺、构效关系及生物活性的研究现状进行综述,旨在为辣木多糖的基础研究和应用开发提供新思路。
The Moringa oleifera is an important medicinal and dietary resource in China.Polysaccharide is one of the important active components in Moringa oleifera.The studies have shown that Moringa oleifera polysaccharide has many biological activities,such as hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,enhancing intestinal immunity and so on.Therefore,Moringa oleifera polysaccharide has a good prospect in the field of food and medicine.This article reviews the current status of research on the extraction process,structure-activity relationship and biological activities of polysaccharides from different parts of Moringa oleifera polysaccharides,aiming to provide new ideas for the basic research and application development of Moringa oleifera polysaccharides.
