旋挖钻孔灌注桩桩端完整性检测异常综合判定方法 被引量:8

摘要 旋挖钻孔灌注桩在基础工程领域应用广泛,对其完整性的检测至关重要。工程中采用声波透射法检测时,桩底附近的检测信号时常出现严重异常。为探究其原因,以广州某工程的旋挖钻孔灌注桩为研究对象,对采用声波透射法检测时出现的异常信号进行深入分析,并结合钻芯法和低应变法检测结果,推测桩底缺陷空间范围,综合判别其桩身完整程度。结果表明当旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工过程中清孔后待灌时间过长导致泥浆沉淀或出现桩端夹泥等情况时,声波透射法的检验信号在桩底附近会出现异常。此时,声波透射法对桩身完整度评估结论为Ⅳ类桩,而低应变法和钻芯法的评估结论为Ⅰ类桩,综合评定为Ⅱ类桩。本文的研究有助于避免在类似情况下对基桩完整性类别的误判,可为类似工程的检测结果判定提供参考。 Rotary drilling cast-in-place piles are widely used in foundation engineering,and the inspection of their foundation pile integrity is crucial.When the acoustic transmission method is used in the project,the detection signal near the pile bottom often appears to have severe abnormalities.In order to investigate the causes,a rotary drilling cast-in-place pile in Guangzhou was studied to analyze the abnormal signals when using the acoustic transmission method.And combined with the results of the core drilling method and low strain method to estimate the spatial extent of the pile bottom defects and to determine the pile integrity comprehensively.The results show that when the mud is precipitated due to the long waiting time after the hole is cleared or mud is trapped at the end of the pile,the acoustic transmission method test signal will be abnormal near the bottom of the pile.In this case,the assessment of pile integrity by acoustic transmission method is concluded as Class Ⅳ pile,while the assessment of low strain method and core drilling method is concluded as Class Ⅰ pile,and the comprehensive assessment is evaluated as Class Ⅱ pile.The research in this paper helps to avoid the misjudgment of the foundation pile integrity category in similar situations and can provide a reference for the determination of testing results in similar projects.
