摘要
目的:探讨细节双渗透联合萧氏双C护理模式对年龄≥60岁重症心力衰竭患者住院时间及护理工作满意度的影响。方法:选取2020年1—8月新乡市中心医院收治的96例年龄≥60岁重症心力衰竭患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照建档顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上采取细节双渗透联合萧氏双C护理模式干预。观察两组患者住院时间、CCU治疗时间、症状改善时间、护理工作满意度、舒适度及护理前后心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)]。结果:观察组住院时间、CCU治疗时间、症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.785、11.250、8.252,P<0.05);护理后观察组LVEF指标高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.535、3.808、4.858,P<0.05);观察组舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.207,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度合理化、细致化、全面化、深入化4个维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.415、17.828、17.177、17.726,P<0.05)。结论:细节双渗透联合萧氏双C护理模式应用于年龄≥60岁重症心力衰竭患者,可提高舒适度及护理工作满意度,缩短住院时间。
Objective:To explore the effect of detail double osmosis combined with Xiao’s double C nursing model on hospital stay and nursing job satisfaction of patients with severe heart failure aged≥60 years.Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients with severe heart failure aged≥60 years who were admitted to the hospital from January to August 2020 were selected for retro⁃spective analysis.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of file establishment,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given the detailed double penetration+Xiao’s double C nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,CCU treatment time,symp⁃tom improvement time,nursing job satisfaction,comfort and cardiac function index(LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD)were observed.Results:The hospitalization time,CCU treatment time,and symptom improvement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=16.785,11.250,8.252,P<0.05).After nursing,the LVEF index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVEDD and LVESD indexes of the observa⁃tion group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.535,3.808,4.858,P<0.05).The comfort level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=7.207,P<0.05).The rationalization,refinement,comprehensiveness and in-depth scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.415,17.828,17.177,17.726,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detail double osmosis combined with Xiao’s double C nursing model in patients with severe heart failure aged≥60 years can improve comfort and nursing job satisfaction,and shorten hospitalization time.
