摘要
“样式雷”家族在清朝200余年间为皇家建筑和园林修建做出了重大业绩,体现了中国传统工匠的精神内涵与高超技艺。雷氏家族在道德维度上诚信做人、勤勉治业,在技术维度上精益求精、追求卓越,在创新维度上兼容并蓄、吐故纳新,其传统工匠精神和家族文化传承的路径与方法,为现代人才培养提供了有益的启示。
By discussing the great achievements made by the“Style LEI”family for the imperial architecture and gardens in the Qing Dynasty in more than 200 years.In this paper,the authors reveal the connotation and the essence of the spirit of Chinese traditional craftsmen represented by LEI family.The detailed analysis from three aspects,such as“moral dimension”of integrity and diligence,the“technical dimension”of excellence and the“innovation dimension”of inclusiveness and innovation highlight the mystery of the family in its traditional craftsman spirit,inheritance approaches and methods,and the eternal vitality of the family industry which provides useful enlightenment for the training of modern engineering talents.
