摘要
急救能力是出游安全保障的重要一环。随着人们出游率的提高,出游者和旅游行业整体对旅游人才的急救能力提出更高的要求。学校教育作为培养我国旅游人才的重要途径,对学生急救能力的培养至关重要。本文就目前旅游行业整体对急救教育不重视,作为从事或即将从事旅游相关工作的旅游人才急救能力普遍较低,旅游人才急救课程设置不合理的问题,从公众现场急救知识及技能“低普及,高需求”出发,基于2021年10月教育部办公厅发布“开展全国学校急救教育试点工作”的通知,着眼旅游人才这一特殊人群,分析旅游专业开设急救课程的必要性及可行性,强调面向旅游专业开设系统规范的旅游急救课程并纳入学分管理,进而提高旅游人才急救能力,为出游安全加一层保障,促进旅游业健康持续发展。
First aid ability is an important part of travel safety guarantee.With the improvement of people's travel rate,tourists and the tourism industry as a whole put forward higher requirements for the first aid ability of tourism talents.As an important way to cultivate tourism talents in China,school education is very important to the cultivation of students'first aid ability.In view of the problems that the tourism industry as a whole does not pay attention to first aid education,the first aid ability of tourism talents engaged in or about to engage in tourism related work is generally low,and the setting of first aid courses for tourism talents is unreasonable,starting from the low popularization and high demand of public on-site first aid knowledge and skills,based on the release of the general office of the ministry of education in October 2021 carry out the national pilot work of school first aid education.Focusing on the special group of tourism talents,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of setting up first aid courses for tourism majors,and emphasizes that systematic and standardized tourism first aid courses should be set up for tourism majors and incorporated into credit management,so as to improve the first aid ability of tourism talents,add a layer of guarantee for travel safety and promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism industry.
