摘要
腧穴常有一穴多名现象,通常规定一个穴名为腧穴正名,其余为腧穴别名。曲骨穴为任脉腧穴,有“屈骨、屈骨端、尿胞、水胞、回骨、耳骨、玉泉下一寸”等别名。本文通过总结梳理古今文献,考证曲骨穴名来源及其别名出处、释义,就其中争议做出探讨,认为曲骨穴别名为“屈骨”,“屈骨端”为足少阴肾经横骨穴别名,“尿胞、水胞、回骨、耳骨、玉泉下一寸”等虽列为曲骨穴别名,但少见于代替曲骨穴出现,缺乏临床应用意义。
An acupoint often has multiple names.Usually,one acupoint name is defined as the official name,and the rest are aliases.Qugu point(CV2)belongs to Conception Vessel(CV),has aliases such as“bent bone,bent bone end,urinary bladder,bladder,whirly bone,ear bone,one inch under Yuquan point(CV3)”.By summarizing and combing ancient and modern literature,this article studies the origin and interpretation of CV2 and its aliases,and discusses the disputes.It is concluded that“bent bone”is the alias of CV2,“bent bone end”is the alias of Henggu point(KI11).Although“urinary bladder,bladder,whirly bone,ear bone,one inch under Yuquan point(CV3)”are listed as aliases of CV2,they are rarely seen in the place of CV2 and lacks clinical application significance.
