腐殖酸对衰弱病杨梅营养生长及果实品质的改良作用 被引量:8

Effects of Humic Acid on Vegetative Growth and Fruit Quality of Bayberry with Decline Disease

摘要 衰弱病是近年来严重危害杨梅的一种新病害,为了有效防治杨梅衰弱病,以15 a生盛果期东魁杨梅衰弱病树为材料,研究了腐殖酸对衰弱病杨梅营养生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明:施用不同量腐殖酸的2个处理对杨梅衰弱病都有一定的防控作用,以处理B(施腐殖酸1400 g/株)的防效较好;施用腐殖酸处理对衰弱病杨梅的树势复壮和果实品质改良均有明显作用,以施用量为1400 g/株处理的效果最好,该处理的梢长、梢粗、叶长、叶宽、叶厚和叶绿素分别比不施腐殖酸对照(CK)显著增加28.64%、10.88%、12.13%、14.87%、10.82%和17.77%,单果重、可溶性固形物含量、总糖和维生素C含量分别比CK显著增加36.28%、16.12%、24.68%和173.47%,可滴定酸含量比CK显著降低50.00%。因此,腐殖酸可通过促进衰弱病树的营养生长提升病树的果实品质,从而减轻杨梅衰弱病。 The decline disease of bayberry is a new disease that has seriously harmed bayberry industry in recent years.In order to effectively prevent and control the disease,this paper studied the effects of humic acid on the vegetative growth and fruit quality of the diseased bayberry using the diseased trees of 15-year-old Myrica rubra cv.DongKui Orient Pearl at full fruiting period as the objective.Two levels of 700 and 1400 g humic acid per tree were designed with non-application of humic acid as CK,and the parameters of the vegetative growth and fruit quality of the diseased trees were measured.The results showed that both levels could restore the tree potential and improve the fruit quality to a certain extent.Specially treatment B(1400 g humic acid per tree)had the best improvement effect on the vegetative growth and fruit quality,wherein the shoot length,shoot diameter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness and chlorophyll content were increased by 28.64%,10.88%,12.13%,14.87%,10.82%and 17.77%,respectively compared with CK,the single fruit weight,total soluble solids,total sugars and vitamin C were increased by 36.28%,16.12%,24.68%and 173.47%,while the content of titratable acid was significantly decreased by 50.00%.In summary,the application of humic acid in soil can better promote the vegetative growth of diseased bayberry trees and improve their fruit quality,thereby reducing the incidence of decline disease.
