摘要
蚕沙中不仅富含丰富的营养物质,还具有多种有益微生物,筛选出蚕沙中的高效解磷菌,可为微生物肥料的开发利用提供资源。本文采用平板溶磷圈法和钼锑抗比色法筛选出一株具有较强解磷能力的菌株,对其进行形态特征观察和16S rRNA基因测序分析,确定该菌为假单胞菌,解磷量为113.8 mg/L。
Excrement of Antheraea pernyi contains rich nutrients and a variety of beneficial microorganisms. Screening high-efficiency phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in excrement of Antheraea pernyi can provide resources for the development and utilization of microbial fertilizers. In this paper, a strain with strong phosphate-solubilizing ability was screened by the halo zone of dissolving phosphate and Mo-Sb Colorimetric Method. Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria were identified based on their morphological and 16 S rRNA sequence analysis, it was identified as Pseudomonas strain, and the phosphate solubilizing amount was 113.8 mg/L.
