煤矿企业数字化重构转型实践与探索研究 被引量:7

摘要 为加快煤矿企业数字化转型,实现数字化服务于“战略+运营”的管控模式,智能化服务于生产工艺,达到增安、降本、提效的目标,实现企业高质量发展,本文基于理论研究结合实践经验的方式,以神华北电胜利能源公司为例分析了煤矿企业数字化重构和智能化建设现状和需求,提出煤矿企业数字化实践和数字化探索是实现煤矿企业数字化重构转型的重要方式,并以此为基础展开论述,运用沙漏模型探索性分析了企业数字化思维理念转变,建立数字化转型发展共识的必要性。最后,运用鱼骨图从理念思维、路径方式、组织协调、资金投入、人力配备、技术支撑6个方面,分析了数字化重构过程中的数字化认识不一致、组织协调难、资金投入大、回报周期长、效果不明显、技术门槛要求高、专业人才不足等18个问题原因和难点,结合PDCA戴明环管理模型从组织、资金、技术、人才4个方面对企业数字化重构保障进行分析,提出解决方式,为我国煤矿企业数字化重构转型提供依据。 In order to accelerate the digital transformation of coal mining enterprises, realize the digital service “strategy+operation” management and control model, intelligent service for the production process, achieve the goal of increasing safety, lowering costs and improving efficiency, and realizing the high-quality development of the enterprise.Based on theoretical research and practice, it takes Shenhua Beidian Shengli Energy Co.,Ltd.as an example to analyze the current situation and needs of digital reconstruction and intelligent construction of coal mining enterprises, and proposes that the digital practice and digital exploration of coal mining enterprises is the realization of digital reconstruction and transformation of coal mining enterprises.It is discussed on this basis, especially by using the hourglass model to explore the transformation of enterprise digital thinking concept.The necessity of establishing a consensus on digital transformation and development.Finally, the fishbone diagram is used to analyze the causes and difficulties of 18 problems in the process of digital reconstruction, such as inconsistent understanding of digitalization, difficult organization and coordination, large capital investment, long return cycle, inconspicuous effect, high technical threshold and insufficient professionals, from six aspects: concept thinking, path mode, organization and coordination, capital investment, human resources allocation and technical support.Combined with the PDCA Deming Circle Management Model, it analyzes the guarantee of digital reconstruction of enterprises from four aspects: organization, capital, technology, and talents, and proposes solutions.
