摘要
目的观察行气导滞汤治疗气滞型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法采用双盲安慰剂随机对照研究,以随机数字表法将60例患者分为试验组和安慰剂组各30例。试验组予行气导滞汤,安慰剂组予行气导滞汤安慰剂,每日2次,口服,连续治疗14 d。于治疗前后观察2组临床疗效,比较2组便秘相关症状评分,并行安全性监测。结果研究过程中脱落4例。试验组总有效率、愈显率分别为78.57%(22/28)、46.43%(13/28),安慰剂组分别为32.14%(9/28)、10.71%(3/28),试验组均优于安慰剂组(P<0.01)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后便秘总分均降低(P<0.001),试验组治疗后粪便类型、排便费力、下坠不尽感、排便频率、腹胀评分明显降低,安慰剂组治疗后粪便类型、排便费力、排便时间、腹胀评分明显降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,试验组便秘症状总分及粪便类型、排便费力、腹胀评分明显低于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。2组治疗过程中安全性指标正常,均未见不良反应。结论行气导滞汤治疗气滞型功能性便秘疗效显著,可明显改善腹胀、排便费力症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingqi Daozhi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation with qi stagnation type.Methods A double-blind placebo randomized controlled trial was conducted.60 subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and placebo group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Xingqi Daozhi Decoction orally,and the placebo group was given placebo,twice a day for 14 days as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,the scores of constipation-related symptoms were compared between the two groups,and the safety was monitored.Results Four cases were lost in the experiment.The effective rate and marked cure rate were 78.57%(22/28)and 46.43%(13/28)in the experimental group,and 32.14%(9/28)and 10.71%(3/28)in the placebo group.The experimental group was better than the placebo group(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the total score of constipation in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.001),and the scores of stool type,defecation effort,feeling of unfinished fall,defecation frequency and abdominal distension in the experimental group decreased significantly after treatment,and in the placebo group,the stool type,defecation effort,defecation time,and abdominal distension scores significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the total score of constipation symptoms,and scores of stool type,defecation effort and abdominal distension in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the placebo group(P<0.05).The safety indicators of the two groups were normal during the treatment,and no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion Xingqi Daozhi Decoction for the treatment of functional constipation with qi stagnation type has telling efficacy,and can significantly improve the symptoms of abdominal distension and defecation.
