摘要
使用Fluent软件对注塑机螺杆均化段的流场进行三维数值模拟,分析了不同螺杆转速下流道内PP熔体温度、速度、表观黏度、塑化能力的变化。从分析结果发现,随着螺杆转速的增加,均化段出口速度增加,温度降低,表观黏度增大,温度和表观黏度均匀性下降。将模拟仿真的表观黏度代入理论塑化能力公式,并通过实验分析实际塑化能力和理论塑化能力的差异。
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of the flow field in the homogenization section of the screw of the injection molding machine is carried out using Fluent software.The changes of PP melt temperature,speed,apparent viscosity,and plasticizing ability in the runner under different screw rotations are discussed and analyzed.It is found that the screw speed increases,the outlet speed of the homogenization section increases,the temperature decreases,the apparent viscosity increases,and the uniformity of temperature and apparent viscosity decreases.Through the simulation,the apparent viscosity is substituted into the theoretical plasticizing ability formula.The difference between actual plasticizing ability and theoretical plasticizing ability is analyzed through experiments.
