摘要
太和香椿是太和县特产、安徽名特产品,2019年12月获评为国家地理标志农产品。2020年2月太和黑油椿、太和红油椿、太和青油椿通过安徽省林木品种审定委员会良种审定。太和香椿清香扑鼻,营养价值高,既可鲜食,也可加工后食用。本文从品种、育苗、栽培技术等方面对太和香椿高效培育作了详细介绍,以期为广大林农种植香椿提供参考。
Taihe Chinese toon sprout,a vegetable of Toona sinensis sprout,is both a specialty of Taihe County and a famous specialty of Anhui Province,recognized as a national agricultural product of geographical indication in December 2019.In February 2020,the cultivars Taihe Heiyouchun,Taihe Hongyouchun and Taihe Qingyouchun of T.sinensis were all recognized as fine varieties by Anhui Provincial Forest Tree Varieties Examination and Approval Committee.Taihe Chinese toon sprout with delicate fragrance and high nutritional value,is edible both as the fresh tender sprout and a cooked vegetable.In this paper,a detailed introduction was made to the efficient cultivation of Taihe Chinese toon from such aspects as cultivars,propagation and cultivation techniques,so as to provide reference for forest farmers.
