摘要
强化师资队伍建设是中职教育高质量发展的内在需求和关键力量。加强中职教师培养培训是落实国家有关政策要求的具体实践,是促进中职高质量发展的关键所在,是满足中职教师专业化发展需求的内在要求,是充分发挥职技高师办学优势的重要体现。针对中职教师培养培训存在的操作标准不明、方式比较单一、内容比较陈旧、机制不够成熟等问题,吉林工程技术师范学院深入开展了中职教师培养培训改革探索,形成了“标准引领、项目驱动、平台支撑、机制协同”的中职教师育训模式,并从构建中职教师“双师型”培养培训相关标准、设计一体化中职教师培养培训方法、建设中职教师培养培训载体、加快打造“政-企-院-校”合作共同体等方面进行了实践,取得了一定成效。
Strengthening the construction of teaching staff is the inherent demand and key force for the high-quality development of secondary vocational education. In response to the problems of unclear operation standards, relatively simple methods, relatively outdated content, and immature mechanisms in the training and training of secondary vocational teachers, Jilin Engineering Normal University has carried out in-depth exploration of the reform of secondary vocational teacher training and training, and has formed a“standardled, project-driven, platform support, mechanism coordination”secondary vocational teacher education and training model, and from the construction of the relevant standards for the training and training of secondary vocational teachers“double-qualified”, the design of integrated training methods for secondary vocational teachers, the construction of secondary vocational teachers’ training and training carriers, and the acceleration of the creation of a“government-enterprise-college-school”cooperative community and other aspects. The practice has achieved certain results.
