                    祁连山是我国西部重要生态安全屏障,为有效推进祁连山生态治理建设步伐,发挥乡土树种青海云杉苗木在生态治理中的优势,有效提高苗木成活率,针对青海云杉苗木在起苗中存在的操作不规范、保水措施不当等因素致使造林成活率下降的弊端,依托祁连山东段废弃渣台综合修复集成技术研究科研项目实施,在实践中开展了苗木生长地块土壤补水、起苗中不同保水措施进行生态治理恢复云杉苗木成活率的试验研究。结果表明:对青海云杉苗木生长地块土壤补水,可使苗木鲜重含水率和相对含水率分别提高18.2%、36.18%;通过在起苗中采取不同保水措施试验,使云杉苗木成活率最高可达到93.5%。
                
                The Qilian Mountains are an important ecological security barrier in western China[1].In order to effectively promote the ecological management of the Qilian Mountains,give full play to the advantages of the native tree species Picea crassifolia Kom.seedlings in ecological management,and effectively improve the survival rate of seedlings,this paper aims at the development of Picea crassifolia Kom.seedlings in the ecological management.The disadvantages of non-standard operation and improper water conservation measures in seedling raising have led to the decline of the survival rate of afforestation.Relying on the implementation of the research project on the integrated technology of comprehensive restoration of waste residues in the eastern part of Qilian,soil replenishment and removal of seedlings in practice are carried out by carrying out soil water supplementation in seedling growth plots and different water conservation measures in seedlings.By hydrating the soil of Picea crassifolia Kom.seedlings growing plot,the fresh weight moisture content and relative moisture content of seedlings were increased by 18.2%and 36.18%respectively.The highest survival rate of Picea crassifolia Kom.seedlings can reach 93.5%by taking different water-retaining measures in seedlings.
