摘要
基于数据统计分析,发现城市化水平的高低、农村与城市居民可支配收入比率、城乡收入差距与农村居民可支配收入比率、外出农民工参加基本养老保险比率等因素对于农村剩余劳动力转移都有比较显著的影响,结合对东莞市农村剩余劳动力转移就业情况的分析,提出了助力农村剩余劳动力转移的政策建议。
The statistical data show that some factors have exerted significant effects on the transfer of rural surplus labor force,there are urbanization level,ratio of rural and urban per capital disposable income,gap between urban and rural residents and ratio of rural per capital disposable income,ratio of migrant workers participating in basic endowment insurance.Based on in-depth analysis of the transfer and employment of rural surplus labor force in Dongguan,several solutions and suggestions are put forward.
