摘要
目的观察云实感冒合剂治疗风寒感冒患者的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响。方法将我院收治的136例风寒感冒患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各68例。对照组患者给与酚麻美敏胶囊,治疗组给与云实感冒合剂,疗程均为1周。观察两组患者咳嗽、咽痛及高热症状的好转及消失时间,并检测治疗前后两组患者血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、降钙素原(PCT)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,评价两组治疗后的总有效率。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者的咳嗽、咽痛及高热的好转和消失时间显著缩短(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组患者的血清中SAA、PCT和hs-CRP含量水平明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为97.06%,与对照组的86.76%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云实感冒合剂治疗风寒感冒患者的临床疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of yunshi ganmao mixture for treating wind-cold syndrome and its effects on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 136 patients with wind-cold syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,68 cases each.The patients in the control group were given phenolamine capsule and the patients in the treatment group were given yunshi ganmao mixture.The course of treatment was one week.The improvement and disappearance time of cough,sore throat and high fever in the two groups were observed,and the levels of serum amyloid protein A(SAA),procalcitonin(PCT)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were detected before and after treatment.Finally,the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the cough,sore throat and high heat improvement and disappearance of patients in the treatment group are significantly shortened(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the level of SAA,PCT,and HS-CRP in the treatment group is significantly reduced(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.06%,compared with the 86.76%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunshi ganmao mixture is effective in the treatment of wind-cold syndrome.
