摘要
文章以汽车连接板用6060铝合金型材为研究对象,适当的挤压工艺来保证挤压出口温度后,采取不同的停放时间和时效制度来研究合金力学拉伸性能的变化规律。结果表明,一定的挤压工艺条件下,随着停放时间的增加,6060铝合金连接板的拉伸强度先呈缓慢下降趋势,在停放12h时,合金的性能最低,12h后合金强度明显提升,约在4d时合金强度达到最大值,随后性能趋于稳定;时效制度为160℃×7h,合金的性能最佳,抗拉强度为255MPa,屈服强度为228MPa,断后伸长率为15.0%,相比于时效制度175℃×8h时性能提高了约3%左右。
In this paper,6060 aluminum alloy profile for automobile connection plate is taken as the research object.After proper extrusion technology is adopted to ensure the extrusion exit temperature,different parking time and aging system are adopted to study the variation rule of mechanical and tensile properties of the alloy.The results show that the tensile strength of 6060 aluminum alloy joint plate decreases slowly with the increase of parking time under certain extrusion conditions.The properties of 6060 aluminum alloy joint plate are the lowest at 12h,and the strength of 6060 aluminum alloy increases obviously after 12 hours,the tensile strength,yield strength and elongation at break of the alloy are 255MPa,228MPa and 15.0%respectively at 160℃×7h,compared with the aging system at 175℃×8h,the performance of the system is improved by about 3%.
