摘要
针对共轨系统零部件加工成本与加工精度成正比,而加工精度又会影响喷油器个体间的性能差异问题,应用AMESIM仿真工具建立了共轨喷油器性能仿真模型,开展了共轨喷油器零部件的尺寸偏差、特性偏差对喷油一致性影响分析。结果表明:各尺寸偏差采用“±”对称分布,对性能影响基本成对称分布;最大针阀升程偏差仅在高压力、长脉宽下有影响,且该工况下对性能影响最大,影响系数绝对值达到5.4,其他因素均小于1.3;其他工况点,出油孔和进油孔内径偏差的影响大于其他尺寸偏差,影响系数绝对值在7.6~13之间。
Contrapose the processing cost for the common rail system parts is proportional to the machining accuracy,and the machining accuracy will affect the performance difference among injector individuals.The simulation model of common rail injector is established by using AMESIM simulation tool,and the influence analysis of the influence of size deviation and characteristic deviation of common rail injector components on fuel injection consistency is carried out.The results show that the deviation of each dimension is symmetrical distribution of " ± ",and the effect on performance is basically symmetrical distribution.The maximum needle valve lift deviation is only affected under high pressure and long pulse width,and it has the greatest influence on performance under this condition,with the influence coefficient reaching 5.4 and other factors less than 1.3.In other working conditions,the influence of fuel output hole diameter deviation and fuel intake hole diameter deviation is greater than other size deviation,ranging from 7.6 to13.
