摘要
盾构施工中,在隧道有限空间内更换、维修螺旋机是一项高难度、高风险的作业。以武汉地铁项目盾构隧道EPB螺旋机轴更换、维修案例为背景,探讨盾构隧道螺旋机轴更换、维修的关键技术和操作要点。通过全面分析,做好维修前的准备工作,制定详细维修方案,明确技术控制要点,在确保施工安全的同时,高效完成对螺旋机轴的维修和更换,为类似工程施工提供了借鉴。
In shield construction,it is a difficult and high-risk operation to repair and replace the screw machine in the limited space of the tunnel.Based on the case of EPB screw shaft replacement and maintenance of shield tunnel in a Wuhan Subway project,the key technologies and operation points of screw shaft replacement and maintenance of shield tunnel are discussed.Through comprehensive analysis,making preparations before maintenance,formulating detailed maintenance plan,clarifying the key points of technical control,and the maintenance and replacement of screw shaft is efficiently completed while ensuring construction safety,which provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.
