摘要
文章聚焦中低龄老年人对家用智能摄像头的信任缺失问题,通过人机信任及智能产品信任增进要素的研究梳理,构建智能家用摄像头的信任模型,并从中提取出信任增进要素的层次评价模型。运用AHP层次分析法分别计算老年人和设计专家对指标层十项增进因素的评价权重,通过权重排序及比较分析,综合评价各项增进中低龄老年人对智能摄像头信任感的设计因素,为适老化智能家用产品情感设计提供策略支持。
Focusing on the lack of trust in smart home cameras among middle-to low-aged elderly people,through the research and sorting out of human-machine trust and smart product trust enhancement factors,a trust model for home smart cameras is constructed,and a hierarchical evaluation model for trust enhancement factors is extracted.The AHP(analytic hierarchy process)analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the evaluation weights of the elderly and design experts on the ten improvement factors of the index layer,and comprehensively evaluate the design factors that enhance the trust of the middle-to low-aged elderly in the smart camera through weight ranking and comparative analysis,so as to be suitable for aging,providing strategic support for the trust and emotion design of elderly-oriented smart home products.
