全球茂金属聚α-烯烃技术进展的计量分析

Metrology Analysis of Global Metallocene Poly-α-olefin Technical Progress

摘要 为了解全球茂金属聚α-烯烃(mPAO)基础油关键制备技术发展现状和研究趋势,采用文献计量法和专利分析相结合,借助可视化软件VOSviewer,利用Web of Science核心数据库和Incopat专利数据库,对截止到2020年底与mPAO技术相关的论文和专利进行分析,绘制关键词共现图谱,梳理国内外相关领域的规划和布局,以分析当前研究热点及发展趋势。结果表明:mPAO技术研究领域较新,属于领域前沿性技术,目前依然正处在快速发展时期;从研究机构分布来看,国内外有较大差异.国外研究机构主要集中在美国、日本,而国内研究相对分散,尚未形成核心机构群。基于此,预测出高黏度指数和低倾点的mPAO的全球需求将继续增加,mPAO合成润滑油及其工艺将成为高级润滑油基础油的未来发展趋势。 In order to understand the development status and research trend of key preparation technologies of metallocene poly-α-olefin(mPAO) base oil in the world, combined bibliometric method and patent analysis, with the help of visualization software VOSviewer, using web of science core database and incopat Patent database, papers and patents related to mPAO technical process by the end of 2020 were searched for analysis, a keyword co-occurrence map was drawn, and the planning and layout of related fields at home and abroad were sorted out to analyze current research hotspots and development trends. The results show that mPAO technical research field is relatively new, belonging to the frontier technology in the a draw keyword field, and is still in a period of rapid development;from the distribution of research institutions, there are great differences at home and abroad, foreign research is relatively mature, mainly concentrated in the United States and Japan;domestic research is scattered, and has not yet formed a core research institution. On this basis, it is predicted that the global demand for mPAO with high viscosity index and low pour point will further increase. The research and development of mPAO synthetic lubricating oil and its process will become one of the development directions of advanced lubricating base oil in the future.
