软土环境静压群桩管桩施工措施效应分析 被引量:3

Effect Analysis of Construction Measures of Static Pressure Group Pile and Pipe Pile in Soft Soil Environment

摘要 分析了群桩管桩压桩路线、压桩速度和防挤沟与应力释放孔的工程效果。结果表明:群桩压桩路线应优先采用先中间再外围,然后是整排向一侧推进,如果兼有间隔压桩效果会更好;压桩速度越快,桩位水平偏位越多,当压桩速度超过7根/d,桩位水平偏位(≥99.5 mm)占比会降低;根据群桩场地邻近建筑物水平位移控制要求,确定压桩挤土的影响范围;防挤沟和应力释放孔对群桩管桩压桩的挤土效应起到了一定的抑制作用,而对桩顶水平偏位、竖向偏位和场地孔隙水压力变化影响较小。相关结论可为类似工程提供参考。 The pile pressing route,pile pressing speed,anti-extrusion ditch and stress release hole of group pile and pipe pile are analyzed.The results show that the preferential pile pressing route of group pile should be adopted firstly from the middle and then to the periphery,after that the whole row should be pushed to one side,and the effect will be better with interval pile pressing.The faster the pile pressing speed is,the more the horizontal deviation of pile position is.When the pile pressing speed exceeds 7 piles/d,the proportion of horizontal deviation of pile position(≥99.5 mm)will decrease.According to the horizontal displacement control requirements of buildings adjacent to the group pile site,the influence range of soil compaction by pile pressing is determined.The anti-extrusion ditch and stress relief hole have a certain inhibitory effect on the soil compaction effect of group pipe and pipe pile,and it has less effect on the horizontal and vertical deviation of pile top and the change of site pore water pressure.The relevant conclusions can provide reference for similar projects.
