摘要
以三聚氰胺为前驱体,通过热解法制备新型氮化碳纳米复合材料g-C_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2),并利用红外光谱对其结构进行表征。以此为固相萃取介质,借助高效液相色谱,通过优化操作条件研究其对典型多环芳烃苯并芘的萃取性能。通过本综合实验项目,加深学生对所学材料制备基础与相关仪器分析原理理解,拓展对材料前沿发展和应用认识,激发学习兴趣,培养创新思维,提升专业应用能力。
A novel carbon nitride nanocomposite g-C_(3)N_(4)/SiO_(2)was prepared by pyrolysis of melamine as the precursor.The structure of the nanocomposite was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,and then using this as a solid-phase extraction medium,the extraction performance of typical polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons benzopyrene was studied by optimizing operating conditions coupled with high performance liquid chromatography.Through this comprehensive experiment,students can not only deepen their understanding of the basic of material preparation and related instrument analysis principles,but also expand their cognition of the development and application of frontier materials,stimulat students,interest in learning,cultivate innovative thinking,and enhance professional application ability.
