Sm^(3+)离子激活的Ba_(3)ZnNb_(2)O_(9)荧光粉的制备及发光性能

摘要 利用高温固相法合成了不同Sm^(3+)掺杂浓度的Ba_(3)ZnNb_(2)O_(9)荧光粉,并利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、漫反射光谱(DRS)、荧光发射光谱及荧光寿命等表征手段对样品的结构与发光性能进行了研究。XRD结果显示纯样Ba_(3)ZnNb_(2)O_(9)与Ba_(3)ZnNb_(2)O_(9):Sm^(3+)荧光粉的衍射图完全吻合,表明Sm^(3+)离子的少量引入并未对晶体结构产生影响。漫反射光谱显示样品可以被近紫外光有效激发。发射光谱表明存在基质向Sm^(3+)离子的能量传递过程,Sm^(3+)离子的最佳掺杂浓度为x=0.1。 A series of Sm^(3+)doped Ba_(3)ZnNb_(2)O_(9) phosphors were synthesized by high temperature solid-state method.The structure and luminescence properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),diffuse reflectance spectra(DRS),fluorescence emission spectra and decay curves.XRD results showed that the diffraction patterns of pure Ba_(3)ZnNb_(2)O_(9)and Ba_(3)ZnNb_(2)O_(9):Sm^(3+)phosphors were in perfect agreement,indicating that the introduction of a small amount of Sm^(3+)ions did not affect the crystal structure.Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy showed that the sample could be excited efficiently by near ultraviolet light.The emission spectra showed that there was energy transfer from host to Sm^(3+)ion,and the optimal doping concentration of Sm^(3+)ion was x=0.1.
