摘要
以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、长链疏水单体SD-2、表面活性剂司盘80和吐温80为主要原料,合成了一种适合渤海油田调驱的聚合物微球PME-3,并评价了其综合性能。结果表明:聚合物微球PME-3的膨胀性能较好,200 h的膨胀率可以达到12倍以上,聚合物微球PME-3具有良好的增黏性能和黏弹性能;此外,聚合物微球PME-3的封堵性能和驱油效果也较好,当其注入PV数为0.5时,对不同渗透率的岩心封堵率均可以达到95%以上,可以使岩心水驱后的采收率继续提高26.7%,可满足渤海油田调驱施工作业的需求。
A polymer microsphere PME-3 suitable for flooding in Bohai Oilfield is synthesized by using acrylamide,methacryl yloxyethyl trimethy lammonium chloride,long chain hydrophobic monomer SD-2,surfactant Span-80 and Tween-80 as raw materials,and its comprehensive properties are evaluated.The results show that the polymer microsphere PME-3 has good expansion performance,and the expansion rate can reach more than 12 times in 200 h.The polymer microsphere PME-3 has good viscosity increasing and viscoelastic properties.In addition,the polymer microsphere PME-3 also has good plugging performance and oil displacement effect.When the injected PV number is 0.5,the plugging efficiency of cores with different permeability can reach more than 95%,which can continuously improve the recovery after rock core water flooding by 26.7%,and can meet the needs of profile control and flooding construction industry in Bohai Oilfield.
