摘要
农村法治建设是推进依法治国的关键内容,对我国新农村建设、乡村振兴战略具有重要意义。根据现阶段我国农村法治建设还存在的部分不健全问题,应通过增强农民的法律意识、大力发展农村经济、完善农村法律体制等策略推动我国农村法律建设,为我国社会主义现代化建设奠定坚实的基础。
The construction of rural legal system is the key content of advancing the process of ruling the country according to law,and it has a pivotal value and role in the implementation of my country’s new rural construction and rural revitalization strategy.Due to the current rural legal system construction in my country,there are still problems such as low farmers’ legal awareness,lack of strict enforcement by judicial personnel,and imperfect rural systems.Relevant departments should promote farmers’ legal awareness,vigorously develop the rural economy,and improve the rural legal system.The legal construction in my country’s rural areas has laid a solid foundation for my country’s socialist modernization.
