摘要
HIV感染人体后,病毒主要储存于肠道,破坏肠道淋巴组织中CD4细胞,进而对肠道微生态产生影响。肠道中有众多共生微生物,HIV感染会引起肠道益生菌减少,条件致病菌增多。近年研究发现,补充益生菌后,益生菌在肠道内定植,可以减少有害菌对肠道屏障的破坏,降低炎症因子水平,对肠道屏障有保护作用,对微生物有调节作用等。由此可见,益生菌在HIV/AIDS患者中有广泛的临床应用前景。本文系统综述了益生菌对肠道的作用以及近年来益生菌在HIV/AIDS患者中的临床应用研究。
Once the human body is infected by HIV,the virus mainly exists in the intestinal tract,destroying CD4+T cells in the intestinal lymphatic tissue,and then has an impact on the intestinal micro-ecology.There are a huge number of symbiotic microorganisms in the intestine.HIV infection will cause the decrease of intestinal probiotics and the increase of conditional pathogenic bacteria.Recent studies have found that after supplementing with probiotics,probiotics colonize the intestinal tract,which can reduce the damage of harmful bacteria to the intestinal barrier,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,protect the intestinal barrier and regulate microorganisms.Probiotics have broad clinical application prospects in HIV/AIDS patients.This article systematically reviews the effects of probiotics on the intestinal tract and the clinical application of probiotics in HIV/AIDS patients in recent years.
