摘要
基于自主研发的超大规模土颗粒-浆液动力耦合作用的并行流固耦合仿真分析程序,分析了铁路路基填料介质条件和注浆参数对浆液扩散半径的影响规律,量化揭示了浆液在不同类型填料介质中的扩散机制,建立了浆液扩散量化计算模型。基于自主研发的高压变频注浆模型试验装置进行室内试验,验证了砂土介质中浆液扩散量化计算模型的正确性。该模型可用于指导工程设计与注浆加固方案优化,为实际工程中注浆范围、注浆量的确定提供理论基础。
Based on the self-developed parallel fluid solid coupling simulation and analysis program for super largescale soil particle slurry dynamic coupling,the influence of railway subgrade filling medium conditions and grouting parameters on slurry diffusion radius was analyzed.The diffusion mechanism of slurry in different types of packing media was revealed quantitatively,and the quantitative calculation model of slurry diffusion was established.Based on the selfdeveloped high-voltage variable-frequency grouting model test device,the indoor test verified the correctness of the quantitative calculation model of slurry diffusion in sandy media.The model could be used to guide engineering design and optimization of grouting reinforcement scheme,and provided a theoretical basis for the determination of grouting range and grouting amount in practical engineering.
