摘要
为研究曲线线路参数对钢轨横向模态整体影响规律,建立钢轨-扣件-轨道板曲线钢轨三维有限元模型,分别改变扣件刚度、曲线半径和扣件间距,通过谐响应分析获取轨道固有频率,与标准工况下对应阶固有频率对比,统计模态整体变化规律,获取轨道参数对500~3000 Hz频率内横向振动特性影响规律。结果表明:随着统计阶数的增多,多阶固有频率变化均值趋近于恒定值;多阶固有频率变化均值与扣件刚度和曲线半径正相关,与扣件间距负相关;单阶固有频率随扣件刚度、曲线半径和扣件间距近似线性变化,扣件刚度敏感性系数为0~0.5 Hz(/kN/mm),曲线半径敏感性系数约0.01 Hz/mm,扣件间距敏感性系数约-1 Hz/mm。
The overall influence laws of curve line parameters on the rail transverse mode were studied,the railfastener-track slab curve rail three-dimensional finite element model was established,and the fastener stiffness,curve radius and fastener spacing was changed respectively.The track natural frequency was obtained through harmonic response analysis by comparing with the corresponding natural frequency under standard working conditions,the overall change law of mode was counted,and the influence law of track parameters on the transverse vibration characteristics within the frequency of 500~3000 Hz was obtained.The results show that with the increase of statistical order,the mean changing value of multi-order natural frequency tends to a constant value.The mean changing value of multi-order natural frequency is positively correlated with fastener stiffness and curve radius,and negatively correlated with fastener spacing.The single order natural frequency changes approximately linearly with the fastener stiffness,curve radius and fastener spacing.The fastener stiffness sensitivity coefficient is 0~0.5 Hz/(kN/mm),the curve radius sensitivity coefficient is about 0.01 Hz/mm,and the fastener spacing sensitivity coefficient is about-1 Hz/mm.
