摘要
随着社会主义国家的诞生,社会主义国家治理问题应运而生。将社会主义从理想变为现实的伟大导师列宁对社会主义国家治理的探索,是国家治理思想形成发展史上不可或缺的重要思想源泉,他对无产阶级专政政权的建设、无产阶级新型民主的建设、无产阶级文化形成国家治理的精神自觉、全体人民共同参与国家治理、依法治国为国家治理的基本方略等思考,为后继的社会主义国家治理提供了丰富的理论滋养与实践启迪,对当今我国国家治理体系与治理能力现代化建设具有重要的镜鉴和启示意义。
With the birth of socialist countries came the issues of how to govern these countries.Lenin,the great tutor who turned socialism into reality,explored the administration of socialist countries,which is the indispensable source for the development of thoughts on state governance.His studies on the construction of the regime of the proletariat dictatorship,the construction of new proletariat democracy,the spiritual consciousness on state governance shaped by proletariat culture,state governance by the people,and ruling a country by law?as the basic strategy for state governance have provided a series of theories for the governance of socialist countries and enlightened the practice.At present,these studies offer important references and serve as the guidelines for the modernization of China's governance system and capacity.
