摘要
目的 了解西宁市病案从业人员满意度及其影响因素,为医院管理者提供决策依据。方法 采用问卷调查的方式,2020年5月1日-2020年6月30日对西宁市二级及以上医疗机构135名病案从业人员进行满意度调查。用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行分析。结果 西宁市二级及以上医疗机构病案从业人员工作满意度为71%,比较满意的是人际关系和领导与管理;三级医院总体满意度(3.60±0.54)分高于二级医院(3.40±0.44)分;女性总体满意度(3.61±0.46)分高于男性(3.40±0.50)分;编制内人员总体满意度高于聘用人员,不同年龄和不同职称组间总体满意度具有统计学差异(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归结果显示,职称和人事关系是影响病案从业人员工作满意度的因素(P<0.05)。结论 医疗机构应该重视病案从业人员基本的办公环境需求,加大病案专业培训力度,探索合理的薪酬机制,给予病案人员在职称晋升、岗位聘用政策倾斜等措施,不断提高病案从业人员满意度。
Objectives To understand the satisfaction degree of medical record practitioners in Xining and its influencing factors,and provide the decision basis for hospital managers.Methods 135 medical record practitioners in secondary and above medical institutions in Xining City were surveyed by questionnaire from May 1 st 2020 to June 30 th 2020.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results The job satisfaction of medical record practitioners in secondary and higher medical institutions in Xining was 71%,more satisfied was the interpersonal relationship and leadership and management;The overall satisfaction score of tertiary hospitals(3.60±0.54) was higher than that of secondary hospitals(3.40±0.44).The overall satisfaction score of female(3.61±0.46) was higher than that of male(3.40±0.50).the overall satisfaction of staff in the establishment was higher than that of staff employed.There was statistical difference in overall satisfaction among different age groups and different professional titles(P<0.05);The results of Multiple Logistic Regression showed that different professional titles and personnel relations were the factors influencing the job satisfaction of Medical Record Practitioners(P<0.05).Conclusions Medical institutions should attach importance to the basic office environment needs of medical record practitioners,strengthen professional training of medical record,explore reasonable salary mechanism,give medical record personnel promotion in professional title,position employment policy preference and other measures,and constantly improve the satisfaction of medical record practitioners.
