摘要
以影响装配式建筑项目成功的因素为研究对象,通过文献分析及专家访谈得出装配式建筑项目关键成功因素。运用解释结构模型分析各关键成功因素之间的相互关系,划分层级,绘制层次拓扑图,得到影响装配式建筑项目成功的直接因素、间接因素及根本因素,并提出建议对策。
Taking the factors that affect the success of prefabricated construction projects as the research object,the key success factors of prefabricated construction projects are obtained through literature analysis and expert interviews.The interpretive structure model is used to analyze the relationship between the key success factors,divide the levels,draw the hierarchical topology map,get the direct,indirect and fundamental factors affecting the success of prefabricated construction projects,and suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
